Prerequisite: Fundamentals of Photography and Photoshop for Beginners
Required Equipment: DSLR Camera (Digital Single Lens Reflex), a card reader or cable to connect camera to laptop, a laptop computer and battery charger, tools for taking notes and Photoshop software.
Photoshop CS4 Software - A full-priced copy of Photoshop CS4 is not required; a 30-day free trial is available for download from Adobe.com

Course Description:
Build on your basic Photoshop skills with these focused sessions that will help you take your image quality to the next level. In this challenging course, you will go beyond the basics to explore image control and correction techniques.
You will be led by a certified Photoshop expert, who will guide you through processes used by professional photographers. Sessions include image layering and masking, retouching, restoration and workflow and automation. Please bring some digital images to work on during the class.

This is a third level course. Students must have taken the Fundamentals of Photography class, Photoshop for Beginners, or their equivalent, and have a strong working knowledge of their camera and basic computer operation.
